Free international shipping on orders over US$300.

* Exchange / Return
If you would like to request an exchange or refund, please send below via email to info@yeegyeong.com within 7 days.
- Name and order number
- The reason of an exchange or refund
- If defective, please send us email with the images of faulty part.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the origianal packaging (Including boxes and dustbags.)
We don’t issue the return label except for faulty items, please kindly use your own way to return the parcel to us. (EMS)
It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization. it will not be processe.
